Net shots are a crucial part of singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Being a good net player is vital to being a good badminton player.

Tips

	Step to the shuttle with the racquet foot (both forehand and backhand)
	Contact the shuttle as close to the net as possible
	Keep wrist firm and gently lift with the back of your hand (for the backhand) and the palm of your hand (for the forehand)
